Award Ceremony for innovative „Community Projects“

Peter Altmaier, Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of the Interior, presented the awards of the INNOschool competition to the winners on November 23rd. The first prize and therewith 2.000 Euro was awarded to the italian Project „Teatro a bordo".

The competition at a glance

We were looking for projects that:
  • offer innovative ways to promote integration and prevent early school leaving
  • open schools to the outside and positively embrace and integrate neighbourhoods
  • promote proactive initiatives by teachers and students
  • are realisable even with a limited financial budget
  • can serve as incentive and model for other educators
1st prize 2.000 €
2nd prize 4 x 1.500 €
3rd prize 4 x 1.000 €
4th prize 5 x 500 Euro
